The ZCAT-6, ZCAT-8 and ZCAT-10 Rewinders are the ideal solution for printers that back feed, as well as for extremely sensitive printers that cannot tolerate any rewind force without causing undesirable registration or artifact problems.
A free-hanging “loop” of label stock is created between the printer and the Tensioning Roller of the unit thereby eliminating all tension whatsoever on the printer.
A special chassis-mounted sensor starts and stops the Rewinder based on the optimum depth of the loop.
L/R specifies the Rewind Direction of the ZCAT (“right-to-left”). Choose the Z-CAT-6 for labels up to 255mm wide.
